None, provided the maximum width of the thimble and shackle is less than the inner diameter of the rescue rig guide (10 cm for AnchorWitch M).

If the difference is greater, for example if a 6 mm or 7 mm chain is used, or if you want to be sure that it will work correctly, the best solution would be to acquire a short, standard diameter chain, which will be placed between the winch and anchor, and secure an appropriate size AnchorWitch holder to it.
